What You're Buying
You are purchasing a digital download license for clip art elements — not physical goods. No physical items will be shipped.

- ✅ Can use in physical products (stickers, prints, apparel) within license limits
3. AI Disclosure
🤖 AI Disclosure: All artwork is generated using Midjourney AI with extensive human prompt engineering, curation, and manual refinement in Photopea/Photopea. Commercial rights are verified via Midjourney paid subscription. We do not claim the AI as the "artist" — we are the curators and refiners.
3. Delivery & Access
- Instant Delivery: Access code emailed immediately after Etsy payment confirmation
- Permanent Access: Your access code never expires — download anytime
- Download Limits: 10 downloads per code (contact support if you need more)
- Formats: PNG (300 DPI, 3000+ px, transparent) + SVG (scalable vector)

4. Refunds & Revocation
- Digital goods are non-refundable after download (per Etsy policy & EU law)
- If you haven't downloaded, contact us within 14 days for a refund
- Refunded orders → access codes automatically revoked
- Fraud/chargebacks → immediate revocation + permanent ban
5. Intellectual Property
- All artwork © Elements Clip Art (generated via Midjourney under paid subscription)
- You receive a license to use, not ownership of the artwork
- You may not register trademarks/copyrights on the raw clip art
- Your derivative works (designs incorporating our clip art) are yours
6. Prohibited Uses
- Reselling or redistributing raw clip art files
- Using in hate speech, adult content, illegal activities
- Training AI models with our clip art
- Claiming the artwork as your own original creation
- Exceeding license unit limits
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our clip art is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability limited to purchase price.
8. Privacy & Data

9. Governing Law & Disputes
